Before coaching, I spent years building a successful career in public accounting, learning to navigate complex problems and high expectations with clarity and discipline. Working alongside driven professionals throughout Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, and the wider GTA, I began to notice a quieter question that many high achievers, including those who are ADHD or neurodivergent, face but rarely stop to explore. Does success on the outside actually reflect what they want moving forward?

I was later diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and that discovery changed how I understood my own career and the patterns behind it. It is now part of why I do this work, helping ADHD and neurodivergent professionals across Toronto and the GTA understand how their minds actually work, rather than forcing themselves into systems built for someone else.

Today, I combine my background in finance with a calm, reflective coaching approach designed for busy professionals, including those who are ADHD or neurodivergent. As an executive, career, and ADHD coach serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, and North York, I help accountants, finance professionals, and other high performing individuals step out of autopilot, reconnect with their instincts, and make more intentional decisions about the next stage of their careers.
